  • 1) DO YOU HAVE PRIVATE ROOMS?

    Yes, private rooms are available at an additional cost and on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • 2) ARE TVS, CABLE AND PHONE PROVIDED?

    Cable television and local phone services are provided to residents at no additional cost.

  • 3) DOES THE FACILITY WASH THE RESIDENTS’ LAUNDRY?

    All linens (towels, sheets, etc.) are laundered by the facility and this service is included in your daily service charge. There is no additional cost to have the facility launder a resident’s personal clothing. All personal clothing must be labeled with the resident’s name. Residents’ personal laundry may also be cared for by family or friends at their home by request.

  • 4) IF THERE ARE PROBLEMS OR CONCERNS, WHO ADDRESSES THESE ISSUES?

    Please contact any staff member about a problem or concern who will direct you to the appropriate person if he/she is unable to assist you. Also, the Administrator is always available to address any problems or concerns.

  • 5) CAN PETS COME TO VISIT?

    Yes, at the facility's sole discretion, small pets may be brought into the facility for visits.  Any pets permitted in the building must remain on a leash or in a carrier and in the owner's control.

  • 6) DO YOU OFFER TRANSPORTATION?

    Through advance scheduling, our facility coordinates transportation for medical appointments in the community through independent transport providers and, when available, in-house transportation.

  • 7) ARE YOU A SMOKING FACILITY?

    We are a non-smoking facility.
